Kindly read through the following terms prior to your purchase. You are deemed to have acknowledged and understood to the terms stated below if you make a purchase with She Represents.
Ordering and Payment
1. Please fill in the order form with your name, email address and item name. Please specify size and colour of the items if applicable or it will be assumed to be for the smallest size.
2. Orders are taken in on a first-comment-first-serve basis.
3. We only accept POSB Internet Banking and ATM transfers (snapshot required).
4. Payment must be made 24 hours from time of invoice issued. Customers who fail to make payment within 24 hours will be blacklisted. (Do inform us early if you require an extension of time in making the payment.)
5. Customers who back out of transaction after invoice is issued will be blacklisted.
6. Promotional codes cannot be used together. (Except for the free normal postage for mailing listees.)
Delivery
1. Mailing listees will get to enjoy free normal postage with any purchase.
2. Normal mail is charged at $1.50 for the first item and $0.50 for every additional item. (Non-mailing listees)
3. Registered postage is available with an additional charge of $2.25.
4. Self-collection or meet-ups are not available unless otherwise stated.
5. She Represents will not be responsible for any lost mails via normal postage as registered postage is highly recommended.
Exchange Policy
1. Exchanges and returns are to be done within 10 working days from date of posting.
2. An exchange will only be done in the event that the item mailed to you is defected or incorrect. In such circumstances, please take a clear snapshot of the defect and send it to us. However, if the item is no longer available, the customer will be allowed to exchange to another item or opt for store credits. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
3. All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with tag (if applicable).
Should there be any queries, do not hesitate to direct them to sherepresents@gmail.com and let our friendly staff answer them.
